S. Edward Wicker is the founder of Wicker Law Group, based in San Diego, CA, and has been a member of the California Bar since 1980. With over 40 years of legal experience, Mr. Wicker has dedicated his practice to serving the cannabis industry, focusing on providing business-oriented legal solutions to cannabis entrepreneurs and companies.

He is a former Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Superior Court and has extensive experience in both litigation and mediation. Mr. Wicker is a current or past member of Americans for Safe Access (ASA), the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA), the NORML Legal Committee and other activist groups. He is currently a Director of San Diego NORML.

Based in San Diego for over 20 years, Mr. McCracken has developed a reputation for delivering strategic legal counsel to cannabis entrepreneurs and investors across California.

Mr. Tamayo’s work involves close collaboration with local government agencies, where he engages directly with zoning departments, regulatory boards, and other key stakeholders to facilitate the permit process for cannabis licenses. This experience has equipped him with a practical understanding of the often challenging path to compliance, enabling him to provide clients with clear guidance based on real-world regulatory experience.

A second-year law student at California Western School of Law, Mr. Tamayo serves as the Treasurer of the Cannabis and Psychedelic Law Student Society.
